PAPER (For Physical Registrations only)
Submission Guidelines for Paper
- Registration is mandatory for paper presentation. Kindly quote the registration number in your abstract. Please mention your designation - Post graduate or Plastic Surgeon.
- Abstracts are accepted only online through the website.
- Duration of the podium presentation will be 6+2 minutes. Strictly adhere to the duration.
- Single case reports will be accepted only for eposter presentation.
- Abstract must not exceed 250 words and should be in Times Roman 12 font with double spacing
- Title must be concise with no abbreviations.
- Do not include personal details.
- Abstract should be structured and should include Aim, Methods, Results, Discussion and Conclusion.
- Do not include images, videos, tables and graphs in the abstract.
- Incomplete or unstructured abstract will not be accepted.
- First author will be considered as the presenting author.
- Author must mention his/her email address and phone number for communication.
- Dissertations with completion of more than 50% of the sample size can be submitted as pilot study.
- Slides should contain the logo of the conference apart from their institutional logo.
- Last date of abstract submission - 23rd October 2023.
- The organizing committee reserves the right to accept or reject any paper without assigning any reason thereof.
- The Best Free Paper Award will be judged by the jury. The decision will be final and binding.
- Best Free Paper Award in two categories - “Plastic Surgeon” and “Post graduates” will be given to the presenting author only.

e-POSTER
Abstract Submission Guidelines for e-Poster
- Accepted format for the eposter uploads is PDF file.
- All pages must be in landscape format.
- Photos, graphs ( in .jpeg, .png) can be included along with the manuscript.
- Do not submit videos or animations.
- Eposters are limited to maximum 7-8 pages (Title, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, References).
- File size should not exceed 20MB.
- Keep text and legends brief.
- Use "Times New Roman" as Font style, "12" as font-size.
